香辣蟹
0原料：蟹2只（什么蟹我就不知道了）、青椒、红椒、豆豉（我用香辣豆代替）、花椒、八角、葱、姜、蒜、盐、糖、鸡精、老抽、料酒、生粉。
做法：
1、先把蟹刷洗干净，壳揭开去掉呼吸器官。青红椒切片，葱切段，姜蒜切片备用。
2、锅下油，八成热加豆豉炒香，再加入花椒、八角、葱、姜、蒜爆香。
再放入蟹，加料酒翻炒两三分钟，放入青红椒片，加盐、糖、鸡精、老抽继续翻炒。
此时若锅内比较干可以化点生粉水。再炒五分钟起锅。
另：香辣豆是我在超市买的成品。里面有花生米、黄豆、干辣椒、芝麻，好像还有花椒。就是这几样用油爆出来的。
炒制香辣蟹最关键的就是炸红油了。据说有的店家还外卖这种红油，高达十元一斤，可谓将买卖作到了极至。
炸红油大体上说，要选用上好的灯笼椒，先用水煮大约十分钟，然后捞出，用打碎机打成粉状，再加入备好的高汤，按1：1的比例调和，最后将炒锅中加入色拉油，油温烧到三成热的时候，倒入姜蓉、大料、麻椒、南姜、白寇、香叶、大葱等，炒至浓香溢出即可。别忘了抄时加点辣椒油

Chrome 5加入Flash

Google公司今天宣布，Chrome 5稳定版集成了Adobe Flash作为默认插件。为了庆祝Flash进入Chrome，Chrome开发团队还在Youtube网站上发布了一款Flash 游戏——Chrome FastBall。
Chrome开发团队在博客中表示：
“过去几个月，我们一直在对Google Chrome开发版和测试版进行集成测试，确保为所有用户提供优质的使用体验。上周，我们已经在Chrome稳定版中激活默认集成功能。如果用户不愿意使用内置Flash播放器的Chrome，可以通过chrome://plugins管理页面禁用这项功能。在禁用情况下，Chrome将调用用户操作系统安装的Flash播放器。”
Google表示，Chrome接下来再集成PDF阅读器插件。而在目前，Chrome 6开发版安装文件已经超过22 MB。
Windows Phone 7 十月发布

Windows Phone 7 到底什么时候才正式推出呢？根据最新的消息，应该是今年的十月。
日前，Cannes Lions Advertising 会议上，当 Microsoft Advertising Senior VP Mich Mathews 展示 Windows Phone 7 将配备 广告功能时，也同时透露了这个重要的消息：
“… And Kostas has brought with him Windows Phone 7, which we launch this October …”
“… Kostas 将带同我们即将于十月推出的 Windows Phone 7，为我们作出介绍 …”
在此以前，流传的消息是今年的假期，再配合业界 HTC Mozart 发售传闻，一句话几乎肯定了两件事，真的不错。Windows Phone 7，我们等著你！
